 可口可乐一直委托ITS和STR两家公证行验厂,由于其大多数工厂为生产可乐相关原料的工厂或者灌装厂,利润率相对较高,所以验厂标准也比较高。对于生产促销品的企业来说,其验厂标准是个很大的挑战。可口可乐一直寻求与供应链的长期稳定合作关系,一旦通过验厂的门槛、产品得到可口可乐的认可,就可以获得长期的订单。可口可乐甚至经常入股一些具有战略性地位的供应链企业,以确保产品质量、交货管理。可口可乐旗下大多数灌装厂都是由可乐持股。附上可口可乐英文原版供应商行为准则:
